WHAT WE DO

Welcome to our Take Away blog of the Escola Hostaleria Figueres.

We are the students of Kitchen Management.

 

Our project is based on:

  • Take Away production for sale in the Botigueta for the entire educational community and students.

  • Collaboration with Can Garús SL, producer of ecogreens, micro vegetables, edible flowers, with which we create unique recipes. We apply R&D to enjoy quality salads with their pairing.
