Welcome to our Take Away blog of the Escola Hostaleria Figueres.
We are the students of Kitchen Management.
Our project is based on:

Take Away production for sale in the Botigueta for the entire educational community and students.

Collaboration with Can Garús SL, producer of ecogreens, micro vegetables, edible flowers, with which we create unique recipes. We apply R&D to enjoy quality salads with their pairing.
